How to install Aspirus MedEvac EMS Protocols?

Click on the saved APK file Aspirus MedEvac EMS Protocols.Since Android does not allow the installation of APKs from Unknown Sources, please do the following:
-> Open the file Aspirus MedEvac EMS Protocols .apk, there will be a message like this one:

How to install OBB file?
